Explore something new...

Hi Matilde, how lovely to see you over at Art Journal Journey for my theme 'type' and you are using that gorgeous new 3D Texture Fades Folder that I bought especially for this theme.
I love how you have coloured the letters and the background is beautiful. Those cards you made with the Gelli plate are gorgeous. This makes for a very inspiring page, or should I say double spread.
A lovely post - thank you so much for joining us at Art Journal Journey.
Hugs, Neet xx

This is a gorgeous spread Matilde. I love the metallic papers (or at least they look it) on your spread. Those papers are gorgeous. Thanks for sharing this with us at AJJ for Neet's TYPE challenge. Hope the month is going well. Hugs-Erika

Genius use of this embossing folder! I really love your Gelli plate exploration paper and then how you’ve used everything together to make your journal page. Simplicity that is not simplicity at all. I love this idea to cut the letters from the embossed piece to spell out the word. Is it okay to borrow that idea/technique from you in future? I had thought to cut the embossed piece in strips or across, but not cut the letters separate. This art piece has a leathery look to it. I would never guess that you were new to playing with a gel plate. I also love your blog banner.

Annie, of course you can use this idea with cutting letters :) I'm happy to read all this lovely comments from you 😍

I apologize for taking so long to visit. You have created an extraordinary journal spread with the use of that amazing embossing folder and the gelli plate. I bought one about four years ago and have only used it twice. I am not as in love with mine as you are with yours. You certainly created three beautiful prints from yours! This is an absolutely PERFECT entry for Neet's theme at Art Journal Journey. Thank you for sharing this with us, dear.
